Late to School

  • Late buses and vans are marked excused by the office
  • Arriving after 9 AM requires students are checked into the office so we can mark the child present
  • Excessive late arrivals may result in truancy notification

Before and After Care

  • Sign Up is through Sign Up Genius
    • Please contact the Office or Operations Coordinator for help
  • If running late, call the Before/After Care phone number: 612-443-0756


  • Agamim contracts with K-12 Transportation for busing. They can be reached at 612-789-5144 and have the following responsibilities:
    • Create bus routes and add Agamim students to stops
    • Main contact to call when buses are late or to ask when buses will arrive at a stop
    • Handle bus incident reporting and complaints with busing personnel
  • Please know that our bus company serves many other schools, so phone lines may be busy during inclement weather times. We also acknowledge that charter busing is difficult as our families come from 20+ cities in the Metro, but we are grateful for our bus company who works hard to help our families make it to Agamim from so many locations.
  • We will send Bus Conduct Reports to families


  • All Enrollment questions are directed to the Operations Coordinator as a first point of contact

Extracurricular Clubs/Activities

  • Please contact the Office to obtain club forms or to ask questions about scheduling and more
  • Payment is arranged with the club leader. Please contact the club leader with payment questions.

Food Service

  • Meals are ordered through our online system OrgsOnline. If you need help ordering lunch and breakfast, please contact the Office or the Operations Coordinator.
  • Our caterer currently is Done Right Foods
  • We love lunch service volunteers!  This is a fun, two-hour volunteer shift feeding our hungry and happy students!
  • Education Benefits (free or reduced meals) questions or requests for forms go to the Operations Coordinator


  • If you have ideas for or questions about fundraising, please contact the Executive Director
  • The Agamim Parent Champions (APC) also conduct many small and large fundraisers each year. Please contact the Executive Director to learn more.


  • Questions about Agamim’s board of directors can go to the Executive Director or Board Chair (whose contact information is on the Governance section of the website)
  • Our board meets one Monday per month (*calendar posted in the Governance page of the website)

Health Services

  • We contract for one day per week of health services with MVNA
  • All staff are trained in basic first aid and health office administration
  • Medicine storage at school has a series of protocols. Please call the Office with questions/needs about prescription and over-the-counter medications
  • Immunization updates are given to the main office
  • Changes in your child’s health status are reported to the main office who will share the information with our nurse and any staff who need to know the information
  • For concerns with vision or hearing, please contact the Main Office to be referred to the nurse


  • Please contact your child’s homeroom teacher for more information about homework and grades
  • The Infinite Campus Parent Portal is a great resource for checking for missing work, grades, report cards

  • If you need your Infinite Campus Parent Portal login and password information, please call the office and a member of the administrative team will help you


  • Safety questions or concerns should be directed to the Operations Coordinator or Executive Director

Special Services

  • 504 Plan Support: 504 Coordinator
  • Special Education Administration: Special Education Coordinator and Director
  • English Language Learners: EL Teacher
  • Child Find Team: Executive Director, 504 Coordinator, Special Education Coordinator, Teachers
    • This group helps identify students in need of support and creates plans with leveled interventions of support


  • All volunteers need an updated background check on file to work around students
    • Background checks are conducted by the administrative team. Please contact the Office.
  • Agamim Parent Champions (APC) are invested in creating meaningful friendraisers and fundrasiers and always appreciate parent volunteers willing to help create, support, or sustain special events or programs
  • We always need lunchroom, teacher project support, guest speakers, and mentors
