We think of teaching less like a job but more like a calling—that our work extends beyond the lesson of the day into preparing our scholars for life. The kind of life our students lead deserves to be beautiful and rewarding, and that means our team gets to help shape that kind of life and model it together. Our staff, regardless of their role, are all educators dedicated to our mission, our families, and to each other. (And we like to have a lot of fun, too!)
