Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan

Prior to the enactment of the American Rescue Plan (ARP), Agamim Classical Academy developed its Safe Learning Plan for the 2020-2021 School Year, in accordance with guidelines provided by the Minnesota Departments of Health and Education. The Safe Learning Plan met the statutory requirements of Section 2001(i)(1) and (2) of the ARP. As a condition of accepting the ESSER III award (FIN160 & FIN161), Agamim Classical Academy must develop, with community input, a Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan and post it for public comment within 30 days of receiving the ESSER III award (no later than June 21, 2021).

This Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan must address the following:

  1. Health and Safety Strategies

  2. Continuity of Services

  3. Public Comment

  4. Periodic Review Process

  5. Understandable and Uniform Format

Agamim Classical Academy is in person only and does not have an online learning program. All COVID-19 mitigation policies and learning plans will be regularly reviewed and updated as needed.

Public comment is a key element of stakeholder engagement. The general public is encouraged to email info@agamim.org to give feedback on the plan. Feedback will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the school administration and by our school nurse/COVID-19 coordinator.
